The Pennsylvania CTE Best Practices Initiative (BPI) is documenting the strategies used by career and technical education (CTE) programs to create standards aligned systems and to support those systems with people, processes, and partnerships. All of these strategies are aligned to the goal of improving program quality and student achievement. Pennsylvania is focused on the integration of aligning the academic and technical standards into career and technical programs.
